At the December 2006 American Academy of Optometry Annual Meeting, Women of Vision sponsored Dr. Cathy Amos to speak about networking opportunities for women in optometry. Dr. Amos owns a highly successful private practice in Birmingham, AL and is also the past-president of Vision Service Plan. She offered different aspects of how women can better network with other eye and health care professionals.
