Registration for non-students is $50.00 annually. You can register and pay online through PayPal by clicking the Register link at the top-right corner of this page. You do not need a PayPal account to register.
If you want to register via snail-mail, download the registration form as a Microsoft Word Document or Adobe Portable Document and mail the form with your membership fee (if not a student) to:
